Podjetje Mordor d.o.o., se zavezuje, da bo kupcu vselej zagotovilo naslednje informacije:

Postopek nakupa / Puchase procedure

Ko uporabnik izbere izdelek ali izdelke in s potrdilom na gumb NAKUP odda narocilo, mu spletna prodajalna samodejno "generira - ustvari" in poslje elektronsko posto s podrobnostmi narocila (izdelki, cene, kolicine, uporabnikovi podatki ...). V nadaljevanju se postopek narocila deli na dva dela, ki sta sledeca:
• NAROCILO SPREJETO
Po uspesni oddaji narocila, kupec prejme obvestilo po elektronski posti, da je narocilo sprejeto in caka na obdelavo. Kupcu so izcrpni podatki o stanju in vsebini narocila vselej dostopni na spletni strani www.masterofmetal.net, v rubriki Moj racun.
• NAROCILO POTRJENO
Podjetje Mordor d.o.o., v najvec 48 urah od prevzema narocila pregleda, preveri dobavljivost in narocilo potrdi oziroma z razlogom zavrne. Podjetje si pridrzuje pravico, da po potrebi poklice kupca na njegovo kontaktno telefonsko stevilko. Pogodba o nakupu narocenih artiklov med stranko in podjetjem je nepreklicno sklenjena, ko kupec prejme potrdilo na elektronski naslov(e-mail). Ponudnik v obljubljenem roku blago zapakira, odposlje in o tem po elektronski posti obvesti kupca. V tem delu je uporabnik obvescen o roku in nacinu dostave. Ponudnik v omenjenem elektronskem sporocilu pouci kupca tudi o roku in nacinu dostave, o politiki vracanja blaga, kam se lahko obrne v primeru zamude pri dostavi in kam se lahko obrne v primeru pritozbe.
/ The customer has to be first signed in to our on-line shop in order to get the user name and password. Delivery to countries ourside Slovenia is NOT possible by cash&delivery system. Customers from other countries can make a purchase via CREDIT CARD ONLY. The delivery costs differ from one country to another, so please check your local postal service for a detailed price list. When the customer chooses the products and submits the order by clicking the SUBMIT ORDER button in his SHOPPING BASKET, he will get the automated email message to his email adress, containing the order details. After this, the order procedure continues as listed here:
• ORDER ACCEPTED
After submitting the order, the customer gets the email confirmation. That means that the order is accepted and waits for the further process. All the order details are available at all times at the masterofmetal.net website, in the MY ACCOUNT section.
• ORDER CONFIRMED
Mordor d.o.o. checks the availabillity of the ordered products in 48 hours from getting your order. With this email message you will get the details of the available and unavailable products. Mordor d.o.o. has the right to contact the customer if necessary. The contract between the company and the customer is concluded when the customer gets this confirmation email. This email is also a confirmation that your package was sent out to your adress.

Pravica do odstopa od nakupa, vracilo blaga / The resignation from the contract and the return procedure

Potrosnik ima pravico, da v 15 dneh podjetju pisno sporoci odstop od pogodbe. Potrosnik mora nato blago vrniti podjetju v 15 dneh po pisnem sporocilu, s tem da sam krije neposredne stroske vracila. Ce potrosnik vrne prejeto blago v roku za odstop od pogodbe (to je 15 dni od prejema blaga), se steje to za sporocilo o odstopu od pogodbe. Izdelki morajo biti nerabljeni, neposkodovani in v neposkodovani originalni embalazi. Ponudnik vrne celotno kupnino (kupnina s stroski dostave) takoj ko je mogoce, najkasneje pa v 15 dneh po prejemu sporocila o odstopu od pogodbe.

Podjetje Mordor d.o.o., upravitelj spletne strani Master of metal, izda racun na trajnem mediju, z razclenjenimi stroski in obvestilom uporabniku, kako odstopiti od nakupa in kako izdelke vrniti.
Ob potrditvi narocila kupec izbere zeleno moznost placila blaga:

• Placilo po povzetju (z gotovino).
• Placilo s kreditno kartico

Dostava / Delivery

Za izdelke na zalogi je rok dobave blaga 1-5 delovnih dni. Če katerega izdelka ni na zalogi, vasa bomo obvestili o najkrajšem dobavnem roku.Naročila, oddana med delavniki do 14. ure bodo navadno odposlana še isti dan, ostala naročila pa naslednji delovnik. Vse pošiljke dostavlja Pošta Slovenije. Dobavni rok za artikle na zalogi je 1-5 delovnih dni. V primeru, da vas ob prihodu pismonoše (navadno dopoldne) ni, lahko pošiljko dvignete na najbližji enoti pošte.

Pri izbiri plačila po povzetju vam bomo zaracunali postnino:
- do 22 EUR v znesku 2,5 EUR (priporoceno pismo=1,5 EUR, odkupnina=1 EUR), ob povzetju pa placate se 0,96 EUR provizije na poloznico.
- od 22 EUR v znesku 2,5 EUR (priporoceno pismo=1,5 EUR, odkupnina=1 EUR), ob povzetju pa placate se 4,6% od vrednosti nakupa. Pri izbiri placila preko kreditne kartice vam bomo zaracunali postnino V ZNESKU 2 EUR.

Cene veljajo le za nakupe v spletnih prodajalnah Masterofmetal.net in Siddharta.net in se lahko razlikujejo od rednih cen v trgovinah Master of Metal in Mordor.Slike so lahko samo simbolicne in ne odrazajo vedno v celoti dejanskega stanja. Podjejte Mordor d.o.o. ima pravico spremeniti cene, ce so bile le-te napacno vnesene v bazo spletne prodajalne. O tem mora predhodno obvestiti stranko in se dogovoriti o poteku narocila.

Pritozbe / Complaints

Mordor d.o.o. mora kupcem omogociti pritozbo po razlicnih komunikacijskih tokovih (po telefonu, posti, e-posti) in ga/jo vseskozi obvescati o statusu pritozbe. V interesu podjetja je, da se vse pritozbe in morebitni spori resujejo izvensodno, a vselej v skladu z Zakonom o varstvu potrosnikov in drugimi, v Republiki Sloveniji veljavnimi zakoni. Ce stranka in podjetje spora ne moreta resiti sporazumno, je za resevanje le-tega pristojno Okrozno sodisce v Ljubljani.
